In the second in the Brexit lecture series from Policy Scotland Josef Konvitz address freedom of movement and asks if the UK is prepared for the rapid socio-economic changes to come.

Josef Konvitz, historian, former diplomat and authority on economic and urban governance, is an Honorary Professor at the University of Glasgow. From 1992 to 2003 he directed the OECD’s work on urban affairs, and from 2003 to 2011, the OECD programme on regulatory policy.
