Scotland’s constitutional future is the overriding issue in Scotland at the present time.

This event, jointly hosted by Glasgow University and Reform Scotland, will give the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning Michael Russell MSP, the opportunity to explain which further powers he would like to see Scotland obtain and how he sees the constitution developing. He will also set out how Scotland would benefit from these further powers and his vision of Scotland’s future. Following that, there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
