This research by Children’s Neighbourhood Scotland explores the unequal impacts of COVID-19 and how these have been experienced by families, children and young people in high poverty neighbourhoods in South Lanarkshire.
CNS has published a full report and analysis of the data collected, and three briefing papers which give an overview of the key sections in the report. These summarise the main findings of the report and suggest priorities for future action:
- family wellbeing during and after ‘lockdown’
- how local service providers have responded to the crisis
- the enablers and barriers to collaboration between services working in high poverty neighbourhoods
